This Privacy Policy explains how MT CRM Online ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Islamabad, Pakistan, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our application and website at mtcrmonline.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
MT CRM Online is a business tool for marketing agencies and local businesses. Our users are account holders who use the Service to capture leads, track calls and messages, and manage their own or their clients' Google Business Profiles.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
Information you enter about your businesses (name, phone, website, address) and the leads, form submissions, call and message events, and chat conversations captured through your embedded forms and tracking snippet.
Through forms and the optional tracking snippet you place on your own websites, we process the contact details visitors submit and anonymous interaction events (a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in the visitor's browser, the page URL, and the referrer) used to attribute leads to the correct business.
If you choose to connect your Google account, we access Google Business Profile data through Google's official APIs, using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope. This may include the accounts and locations you manage, business information, posts, reviews, questions and answers, and performance metrics (such as calls, website clicks, direction requests and profile views). We store an access token and refresh token so the Service can perform the actions you request. Connecting Google is entirely optional.
MT CRM Online's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above; we do not sell Google user data; we do not use it for advertising; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your consent for specific support requests, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible on our hosting infrastructure. Passwords are hashed. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you request. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect Google at any time from the Google Profiles page, which removes the stored Google tokens. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@mtcrmonline.com, and we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use a login session cookie for authenticated users. The tracking snippet and chat widget store a random visitor identifier in the visitor's browser (local storage) to attribute activity correctly. We do not use this for cross-site advertising.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Your information may be processed on servers located in other countries. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
